September 2025 Meeting Minutes

We were able to hold a quorum. However, the Executive Secretary was not present for the Board to approve Meeting Minutes for May 2025.

August 2025 Meeting Minutes

The official HOA business scheduled for August 4, 2025, could not take place due to only 2 of the 3 Board Members being present. A minimum of 3 is required to conduct business and meet quorum. Because of this, there are no August meeting minutes to be approved.

We were, however, able to listen to the questions, concerns, and input that was brought up by the 8 community members who joined us.

We are still looking for additional Board members to ensure that we can continue to conduct official HOA business, and add people who want to contribute ideas and help shape the future of our community.
